You should get an email today at the address you used to sign into EA servers (whichever email you used for medal of honor) with the download code for your chosen platform.
If you didn't, you can go to the forum and get support from there. Or, you can just wait until Thursday, when everyone gets in. The early access is only 2 days.

Edit: Decided to add clarification. The code should be sent to the address connected to your gamertag for your chosen platform.
