no they are two separate games. Battlefield is better version of call of duty. medal of honor is based on the war in afghanistan and is supposed to be very realistic. The people who made battlefields multiplayer also made medal of honor's so it should be good.What is battlefield 3? it it medal of honor?

Medal of Honor's multiplayer was made by DICE, the developer of the Battlefield series, but is otherwise unrelated.
